• M State Employee Portal: Link Here To add or edit the portlets in the employee portal 
• Setting up VPN Access: This connects you to the M State Network: How to Connect To MState's VPN After setting up, look for it in your List of WiFi networks to connect
• Cisco Jabber (Phone): Cisco jabber is a software phone that you can use to make and receive calls on your computer using your M State phone number. The software is available in software center. You can access your voicemails Link Here (StarID and password)
• D2L: Access through the Employee Portal or Link Here
• Employee email: Outlook Portlet in the employee portal or Link Here Sign in with starid@minnstate.edu and your starid password
• Microsoft Teams: after you sign in to email using the steps above, you can use the 9 squares in the upper left to navigate to different apps, one of them being Teams. Teams is a dynamic collaboration space that also has instant messaging and group chat. It is a great tool for communicating remotely. Video walkthrough on Teams: Link Here
