How to reset your .A account

M365 .A accounts are used as elevated privileges for access to certain systems.  If you've forgotten your password or are setting up a new FIDO2 Security Key, you may need to start with this article.

To reset your .A account, follow the steps below:

  1. Follow this link: https://servicedesk.minnstate.edu/TDClient/30/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=389
  2. Fill in the required information as needed to submit the request.
  3. Once you get an email stating that you have 24 hours to setup or reset your account, you'll want to follow the How to setup your M365 .A account below.
