Logging Into the M State Employee Portal

Starting on December 19, 2022 logging into M State Employee Portal will change

Why are we making the change?

We are making this change for the following reasons:

1. We will require all accounts to use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) when logging in (Read more about MFA)
2. Enhances our security posture

How does this effect students?

How does this effect me?

• When logging into M State Employee Portal, your user name will be: StarID@minnstate.edu (The same one you use to log into your email), your password will be StarID password.
