What Does My TIcket Status Mean?

Below are the various ticket statuses and their descriptions. To view your current ticket requests, please navigate to: My Ticket Requests

New

MState IT has received your request and has not been assigned.

Assigned to Technician

Your ticket has been assigned to the appropriate technician/group, but work on your ticket has not yet been started.

In Process

Your request is assigned and is actively being worked on. 

Closed

MState IT has resolved your issue.

ReOpened

A Closed ticket that has been reopened with 3 days of the closed status. After the 3 day period a new ticket will be created instead.

Canceled

The ticket was canceled by your request.
