The captions delivered via machine-based captions will not be 100 percent accurate. Results will vary based on factors such as audio quality, complexity of spoken terminology, number of speakers in a video, etc.
To make edits/changes to your closed captioning once your request has been completed, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your MediaSpace account at: https://mediaspace.minnstate.edu
2. Click Actions
3. Click Edit Captions
