Connecting to a Shared Mailbox

  1. Select the voicemail tab in the Webex client
  2. Select “ Call Voicemail “ botton on top right of voicemail page.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  3. Select the “Keypad”Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  4. Once the keypad is up, select the * key
  5. Input extension, then pin. You are now in the Voicemail box.
