AOVPN Dynamic Profile Configurator and Service

AOVPN Dynamic Profile Configurator is a piece of software that installs a VPN Profile on your machine so that you can connect to the VPN Client.

How to Check to see if you have the AOVPN Dynamic Profile Configurator installed:

1. Open the Control Panel:
   • Click on the  Start  menu or press the Windows key on your keyboard.
   • Type  Control Panel  in the search bar and select Control Panel application from the list.
2. Click on  Program and Features  or depending on your view it might be Programs and then Program and Features.
3. A list of installed programs should be listed.  You should see a  AOVPN Dynamic Profile Configurator  application in the list.
4. If you see the AOVPN Dynamic Profile Configurator in your application list, you are done with this article.  If not, please continue on with the rest of this article.

How to check the AOVPN Services:

1. Open the Services Panel:
   • Click on the  Start  menu or press the Windows key on your keyboard.
   • Type  Services  in the search bar and select Services from the list. ​​​​​​
2. First, lets check the  AOVPN DPC Service, does it show running?
   • 
3. Second, lets check the  Remote Access Connection Manager,  does it show running?
   • 

If either of these don't show running, the recommendation would be to restart your computer.  At this point if you check again and it is not working, you'll want to create a ticket for us to take a look at this here.
