To login to your voice mail
- Press the Messages button or dial the internal voice mail phone number (6100)
- If this is the first time, enter the first-time enrollment password = 678283
- Follow the prompts to:

- Record your name - press # key as soon as you say your name
- Record your greeting - press # key as soon as you say your greeting
- Set a new password
To re-record your name, press 4 then 3 and follow prompts
To log on to voice mail from your phone
- Press the Messages button or dial the internal voice mail phone number (6100)
- Enter your password, and then press the # key
To log on to voice mail from another inside phone
- Press the Messages button or dial the internal voice mail phone number (6100)
- Press the *key when voice mail answers
- Enter your ID (extension), and then press # key
- Enter your password, and then press the # key
To access the phone system from off-campus
- Dial your direct phone number. When answered, enter 81 and follow the prompts
- Enter your mailbox number and press # (typically that's the same four-digit number as your extension number)
NOTE: if you do not know your voice mail password, Submit a Ticket to have it reset to the default.
